Terms and Conditions for the Zeller EFTPOS Terminal Prize Draw
- Promoter: Paynada.com.au
- Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of [Paynada.com.au] and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
- Entry Period: The prize draw commences on 01/07/2024
- Prize: The prize is one (1) Zeller EFTPOS Terminal valued at $259. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- How to Enter: To enter the draw, participants must create a Paynada Account during the Entry Period. Each eligible entry will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
- Draw: The prize draw will take place on 1/10/2024 at 12pm AEST. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
- Prize Claim: The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of the draw by contacting Paynada.com.au. If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw will be conducted
- Privacy: Entrants’ personal information will be collected by the Promoter to enable it to administer the draw and may be used to market its services to the entrants. The personal information of entrants will be held in accordance with Paynada.com.au's Privacy Policy.
